An ancient Chinese medical treatment that incorporates accupressure techniques following the meridian lines that connect with major organs throuhout the body. Involving tapping, pushing, pinching, stretching, and kneading, meridian massages are meant to aid with body aches, stress, insomnia, and is said to improve with migraines, digestion, increasing circulation, and promoting lymphatic drainage.
